Our Partners

Partnerships are an important aspect of any charitable outreach program because they result in a joint working relationship that leverages resources, activities, and personnel to enable programs to be more effective and efficient.

Friends of Moma Hospital recognizes that partnerships can maximize our reach and impact, making our funds go further; increase the spread of our message about the needs of Moma Hospital; and ensure a coordinated approach to fund raising that avoids duplication and increases effectiveness. Congo Leadership Initiative–Congo Hope is FOMH’s primary partner in fund raising and distribution of funds to Moma Hospital and the village of Moma. CLI–Congo Hope has worked with Friends of Moma Hospital in the past–answering our call for emergency medicines, medical supplies and infrastructure repair. CLI-Congo Hope works with the Congo Presbyterian Church, under whose auspices Moma Hospital operates.

MBF LogoWhen Friends of Moma Hospital began, Medical Benevolence Foundation was a natural partner for our mission to improve medical services at Moma Hospital. MBF already had a significant presence in the Congo through its partnership with the CPC (Presbyterian Church of Congo) and has supported their health ministries for almost 50 years.

CPCwindowChrist Presbyterian Church (PCA) New Braunfels, TX, under the supportive leadership of the mission committee, has played a significant role in raising funds for Moma Hospital. Funds have provided needed medicine and supplies as well as Bibles, hymnals and Christian education materials in the Tshiluba language.

Christ Presbyterian Church of New Braunfels, Texas is a congregation of the Presbyterian Church in America. Attempting, by God’s grace, to carry out the Great Commission whenever and wherever possible, she supports both foreign and domestic missions.
